Meg Bernet

Meg Bernet is a lifelong artist currently based out of Vail, Colorado, though she also spends time in Woody Creek and in Mexico. Hers is a contemporary, abstract approach, using a variety of techniques: painting, etchings, woodcuts, monotypes, and collage; and a variety of mediums: acrylic paint, transfers, graphite, oil pastels, text, and paper chine collage. Meg says of her paintings, "Everything I've ever made is, in some way or another, a letter to a friend." Not only her talent but her humor, warmth, and frankness make her a welcome neighbor.
